This tranquil home in Westbrook Village comfortably hosts up to 4 people in the Westbrook Village neighborhood. The energy of this home is unbelievably warm, cozy, and just for you! This home is decorated with warmth and love. Furnished with an office off the kitchen, granite countertops, in unit washer and dryer and a beautiful, private, expansive patio! Patio doors from the Master and Living Room give you an excellent view of the Western sky at any time of the day. Outdoor seating for the entire wine club or family, perfect for the grand kids to come visit and host any of the holidays in beautiful weather, year round. Your stay includes access to the Fitness Center, Community Pool, and both of the Westbrook Village Golf Courses. HOA requires a 30-day minimum rental requirement but we are open to extended stays and negotiations. For larger groups and short-term stays, please see our other homes. We host families and groups from Westbrook Village to North Phoenix and Cave Creek, happily accommodating you for any occasion.

FULL ACCESS to the Vistas Recreation Center; a large complex, which includes a ceramics room, stained glass shop, needle arts sewing room, and a multipurpose room (used primarily for dance and table tennis). In addition, the center has extensively equipped exercise rooms, a near Olympic size pool, hot tub and large veranda. This complex has full sized pickle ball courts, tennis courts and bocce ball lanes. Lap pools 84-86 degrees; Jacuzzi 102 – 104 degrees; Children’s Pool Hours: 11:00am to 5:00pm and alternate between the Lakes Recreation Center (Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday) and the Vistas Recreation Center (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays). Children must be 3 years or older to swim in the pools. Fitness Center Hours: 5:30am to 9:00 pm daily. Guest hours (18 years and older) 11:00 am until closing. Copying and faxing services are available daily Hours: 5:30am to 10:00pm seven days a week.
