We know we're not perfect. We hope you know we're not perfect. We are a father/daughter team working overtime to make sure every guest enjoys their vacations the way we want to enjoy ours. Feedback is SUCH a valuable tool for any business to grow and evolve and sharing your thoughts helps us at AZ Vacation Home Concepts identify areas where we excel and areas that need improvement. We are always looking for honest feedback on the customer service you received, the comfort of the home you stayed in, and the local activities or restaurants you visited. We don't want to continuously recommend mediocre restaurants when an even better hole-in-the-wall has just been discovered.
- Enhancing Comfortability
One of the primary factors that influence the quality of your vacation is the comfort of your lodging. We want you to feel at home, which is why we also sleep on Brooklyn Bedding Mattresses! Your feedback about the comfort, cleanliness, and amenities of your short-term rental helps us fine-tune your accommodations. Your comments can lead to improvements that guarantee you a cozy and comfortable stay on your next visit. As mentioned before, we are a two-man show, and while our cleaning team is INCREDIBLE, they are also human. Not every clean catches every crumb and not every inspection catches every lightbulb, and as much as we'd love a robot to run through every home before every guest checks in, that's just not in the cards. If you see something, please say something. We do not live in these homes, so we are fully relying on our guests to report what needs improvement. From there, we will always ask the owner to approve of the repair and get it fixed as soon as we possibly can.
- Exceptional Customer Service
Customer service can make or break a vacation experience, can't it? Just last week, we had an angel of a guest (shoutout Dennis) who had issues with lukewarm water the entirety of his stay. We came up, replaced a valve, and fixed it just as he was leaving, unfortunately. Instead of writing a poor review and lighting us up, Dennis actually called to COMPLIMENT us on Customer Service! He said he never stays in Airbnbs and this was a great introduction because of Curtis and Allyson's customer service. With that being said, your input on our friendliness, responsiveness, and helpfulness can assist us at AZ Vacation Home Concepts in ensuring we provide exceptional service to all of our guests. Whether it's a friendly greeting upon arrival, quick responses to inquiries, or assistance with any issues that may arise during your stay, your feedback guides us in providing top-notch service.

You can typically do so after you check out on the Airbnb website, through a direct email, or even social media (Facebook/Instagram @azvacationhomeconcepts). Now, you can fill out this quick JOTFORM (below) so you can easily fill out anything you want to, and exclude anything you don't. Your feedback doesn't need to be lengthy or overly detailed; even a few sentences can be incredibly insightful, but the jotform is definitely an added bonus for future guests and our business.
